One other little thing from the data dump last week, SPD called Tracy Martin to get the pass code for TM’s phone... Tracy Martin told SPD he’d have to consult with his attorney first. This was at the beginning of March. Not really interested in fact finding what he?
Wolfinger. I've read that he stepped aside of his own volition, and also that he stepped aside after being asked (told) to by Governor Scott. Chief Lee of the Sanford PD stepped aside the same day. Crump, Matt Gutman of ABC, the usual race hustlers, and the press had the mob whipped into a pretty good frenzy by then (March 12 or so). Wolfinger had scheduled the grand jury to hear the case on April 10.

By name, we don't know. But she says she's known Trayvon since kindergarten. Her not coming forward of her own volition tells me that she doesn't really want to tell what she knows. I think she has a secret, and that it must weigh quite heavily on her.

And then he never did provide information to SPD. Crump came out and accused the SPD as racist and in cover-up mode. I would not expect the Martins to be objective in their "fact" finding.
