he really couldn't shift them unless he sold them and he didn't want to sell them, that's why he held onto them and took the tax hit on his exit but managed to avoid the big hit on the IPOanyone with half a brain who planned on doing this would have been quitely shifting assets out of the US for years to avoid such a tax.
