Ever deal with a person who has been adopted and are hunting for their birth parent. The court seals the original birth record and issues a new one in the adopted parents name. It's next to impossible to get the original.

We know that Barry SortoObama was adopted by Lolo. SR reappears when BO returns from Indonesia for family business. An annulment of Lolo adoption would not make his appearance necessary....What would? Did he have to sign off on the grandparents adopting their grandson....(Sis adopted her grandson and both parents had to appear/agree)

That would mean that the “birth records” for BhO have multiple amendments with multiple sealed records. Just maybe that they don't have any idea WHAT the original says...
Years ago when we were looking for the source of “African” on the document he then present, came across a possible clue. The term “AfriKan is used in African countries with Dutch connections to denote those born of indigenous parentage. Kenya was once on the Dutch trade route and adopted some of it's legal processes. (Different terms were used to denote those of European ancestry or with mixed lineage.)
