Go read Romney’s own site. He thinks the right to life is subject to human choice, not a God-given, unalienable right.

He is, by definition, a pro-choice democrat on life, in exactly the same way Stephen A. Douglas was a pro-choice democrat on slavery.

Go read Romney’s own site.

Well, upon your own advice, EternalVigilance, I just did. And here's what I found:

As president, Mitt will nominate judges in the mold of Chief Justice Roberts and Justices Scalia, Thomas, and Alito. . . . Mitt Romney is pro-life. . . . Mitt believes that life begins at conception and wishes that the laws of our nation reflected that view. . . . he believes that the right next step is for the Supreme Court to overturn Roe v. Wade. . . . Mitt supports the Hyde Amendment, which broadly bars the use of federal funds for abortions. . . . he will end federal funding for abortion advocates like Planned Parenthood. . . .

That's what Romney is running on, and as long as he holds to that and does not change between now and November, that's good enough for me.
