Oh, Wow!

This is very emotional. I must admit that, as a non-Catholic, I was a bit taken aback by the appearance of the forge and the hot iron: made me recall the Inquisition. I also did not like the ending, where the hot metal and the tools are laid down on top of our national flag.

On the good side, I am glad to see some Catholics standing up for their values, which in this case are also mine. It is disturbing to me that so many Catholics do not see the relationship between their beliefs and political life. Do things have to go to the stage of dictatorship before they react?

But maybe I am being too demanding. Most of the general population does not get the point of what is going on. Even the popes in recent years have shown very little understanding of economics, for example.

My first thought was of "the refiner's fire".
