While some quickly dismissed as an anomaly yesterdays explosive revelation that Barack Obamas former literary agency billed him as born in Kenya back in 1991 in connection with a book he never wrote, WND has discovered much later published references some dated as recently as 2007 used to promote his highly touted book Dreams from My Father.
As WND reported, Breitbart News originally found a brochure from two decades ago in which literary agency Acton & Dystel promoted Obama as the author of the never-produced Journeys in Black and White by declaring Obama was born in Kenya and raised in Indonesia and Hawaii.
Twelve years later, however, the Dystel of Acton & Dystel was busy promoting Obamas new book, Dreams from My Father, and still touting the author as born in Kenya.
Through the Internet archive Wayback Machine, WND found an August 2003 listing of Dystel & Goderichs author bios, including the following: Barack Obama was the first black president of the Harvard Law Review. He was born in Kenya to an American anthropologist and a Kenyan finance minister, and was raised in Indonesia, Hawaii and Chicago. His first book is Dreams from My Father: A Story of Race and Inheritance.

Anyone on the list know how to check to see if the LOC has the first edition of BO’s book? It could prove interesting.
Some first editions:
Hmm, trying first printing now.
Freepmail coming your way.
Yet each of them - independently - came up with the same wrong country- every time.
Being so 'out of it' you'd think some of thses professional journalist types would say Obama was born in Canada... but no, they all made the same mistake. Kenya. Very strange.
I would guess, that if it were MY job to write such things, I would hold a personal interview and take notes, or have the client fill out a detailed questionnaire.
After writing a rough draft, I would have the client preview and highlight any errors.
That’s my guess anyway.
Back to the drawing board.
‘The Book’ says nothing about Anna Obama living in Seattle or attending the University of Washinton either, just as it says nothing about Stanley Ann Dunham graduating from Mercer Island High School.
Perhaps. However, you can plant the story so that the source cannot be traced.
Well, no, not really.
There are many of us who had the same questions during the 2008 primaries that we do today. There were all kinds of rumors and questions as to who this man Obama really was.
Another unsourced story would not have done a bit of good then. Remember, he could walk on water, raise sea levels. Nobody even questioned him, and it would have taken hard in-your-face unrefutable evidence.
What was lacking then, and still is, is a sourced and verifiable smoking gun. Breitbart site got closer to that this week.
Hoping that, with his shiny image growing tarnish, the evidence surfaces this summer/early fall.
