I think he probably went to Occidental College on an Indonesian foreign student scholarship that was procured for him by his stepfather Lolo Soetoro. Barry had Indonesian citizenship as a child and that alone would have kept him out of the Whitehouse even if he was born in Hawaii.

Sorry to burst your bubble but the subsequent actions of parents after a child’s birth cannot alter the citizenship status of a child. Only the child’s actions upon reaching his/her majority can change that citizenship status.
That said, realize that Obama does not meet Article II Constitutional eligibility requirements because he is not a natural born citizen due to his father’s foreign citizenship. That, and that only, is the operating disqualification. All other speculation concerning Obama is moot and being promoted by Obama apologists as a red herring in order to make any serious discussion of his eligibility look like a kook convention.
