I hated disco.
I was talking to one of our engineers this afternoon when the news crawl on my pc said Donna Summer died. I mentioned it and he said “who’s that?”
I told him he can’t be that young that he doesn’t remember disco... he said he is. So I said he’s lucky because it was HORRID.
I was first a bouncer at a disco in college, they asked nearly all the wresting team, then I got promoted to bartender...that was the late 70s early 80s. *sigh* Really fond memories. I'm a hardcore Rocker but yes the best disco song ever, Funky Town is still on my iPod.
