The Bishop is hardly in the position to get into a fight over religion.
Romney is positioning to take a “dive” in this election..
Like Juan McLAim did..
Well, good for him - now that PAC needs to double down & start running the ad!
But I’m quite sure the fix is in & nothing of the sort will happen...
Flop on, flop horse.
I actually think it might be smart strategy to not get into this again. The election is on the economy. Carville’s 1992 line.
The media and public will actually use this to get OFF the economy if it becomes a “thing” again.
The right or wrong of the matter is beside the point.
The wishy washy middle aren’t looking at this stuff, no matter how much they should.
He gets the benefit of everyone seeing the ads while looking above it all.
Its called politics folks.
“I will not make an issue of my opponent beating his wife.”
After watching THe Five and listening to some of what Hannity said, seems like our side is once again twisting themselves into pretzels to give BO and the dems the benefit of the doubt. The Five saying Rev Wright and Bill Ayers should not be talked about. It’s like it’s 2008 all over again. BO and Axelrod must be laughing their asses off and high 5ing at our side’s niceness. If BO had something of this magnitude on Romney, it would be run without hesitation.
Mitt’s taking a dive. Just like Juan.
The older I get the more I know that the system is fixed. Voting means shart. Mitt is gonna piss this election away by not going for the obamy jugular. Not only should he hammer away at the Rev. Wright deal, he should pile on with all the other crap obamy has pulled. This shouldn’t even be close but the REAL people who run this thing have other plans. We are so screwed.
Romney looks good making a big deal out of distancing himself from this but one has to wonder if Mitt is going to give Obama a pass on just about everything except the economy. This is hardball presidential politics and while the economy is certainly a major issue and the one to focus on, Romney better be prepared to be beaten up pretty good by Obama surrogates and if his Mormon religion comes into play, as it probably will, he may have to rethink his stand of keeping Obama's association with the radical reverend off the table.
It appears that the PAC is worried that Mayor Rham will pull their funding for the upcoming work at Chicago Wrigley Field and are now backing away from the proposal.

Cubs’ Ricketts decries proposal
By Jon Greenberg
ESPNChicago.com
CHICAGO — Chicago Cubs chairman Tom Ricketts issued a statement Thursday condemned “racially divisive issues” following an article in The New York Times, which detailed a proposal by his father’s “super PAC” to challenge President Obama’s re-election campaign because of his relationship with controversial Rev. Jeremiah Wright, among other things.
“As chairman of the Chicago Cubs, I repudiate any return to racially divisive issues in this year’s presidential campaign or in any setting — like my father has,” Tom Ricketts said in a statement released by his spokesman Dennis Culloton.
“My focus is on one of the great American pastimes, baseball. And our team and every other Major League Baseball team are great examples of people of diverse backgrounds working together towards a common goal. I shall have no further comment on this or any other election year political issue. My full-time focus is on making the Chicago Cubs a World Series champion, preserving Wrigley Field and making the Chicago Cubs a great corporate citizen.”
The Cubs are currently working with Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel, Pres. Obama’s former chief of staff, and the state of Illinois to craft a public/private financing plan to renovate Wrigley Field.

This is the kind of nonsense that lost the election in ‘08.
First of all, why go through this again. It did not work the first time.
First of all, why go through this again. It did not work the first time.
Some polls show Mittsie leading, but he’s trying his best to lose the election and is too stupid(not enough of a conservative) to know it.
Is it too late to replace this lame brain?
Yikes... Tell me this liberal loser scumbag Romney wants to run an “honorable” campaign... Is this for real?
Pray for America.
