The EneMedia is congenitally stupid. You can't "profile" unless you are an agent of the government. Private citizens are perfectly free to make judgements which consider race, when relevant. But there is no evidence that Zimmerman did even this.

No kidding. I just heard on Fox radio news that Zimmerman had marijuana in his system! My first reaction was, "Oh, crap. That's not good." It never occurred to me that Fox was misreporting the names, and that it was Martin who had the marijuana in his system! Sheesh.
