If “Skittles” is code for crack, I believe “tea” is code for marajuana.
Doesn’t anyone remember the classics anymore? There is a line in the song Gee Officer Krupke, in West Side Story “My grandma pushes tea” meaning marajuana. Tea for marajuana is OLD.

Nathan, I was in the military for almost 40 years and have to admit I've heard every code word about drugs. Sneaky little bastards.
