People who smoke a lot of pot don’t get sleepy like that; they’re used to it. My cousin’s hubby smokes it all the time. He holds down a good job and everything, it makes him energetic.
Martin was clearly a big dope smoker from his other infraction at school and his twitter where others were asking him for :”trees”. I doubt it made him sleepy, and apparently not considering he was walking around to the store and beat a the crap out of a man. Zimmerman’s injuries including the report from medics and the doctor the next day along with the pics is all you need to know about this case.
UNLESS Zimmerman attacked Martin first then this case is a fraud.

It’s sorta the same thing with booze, which they call a “depressant.” But it turns out that among what it depresses is shyness and reserve, so that people use it more than anything else to make a good impression meeting new people.
