Forgery, Fraud, Perjury and conspiracy to commit them would fall under high crimes and misdemeanors.

If Obozo is indeed a usurper, he and his cronies would have to have committed multiple counts of the above to hide the fact he was ineligible for the office.

This is much bigger than eligibility, when this all comes to light, folks will be looking at serious prison time.

Exactly right. At this point in time, it's ALL about the cover-up. And obama himself smuggly and arrogantly waived that forged birth certificate in our faces for all to see. Besides, what 50 year old American doesn't have a copy of their birth certificate safely tucked away for easy access. It's all B.S. Only the gullible would believe it.

The problem is virtually EVERY Congressman, Cabinet member, Federal Judge (up to SCOTUS), and the VP are involved to one degree or another, if any of this is true.
