Sen. John McCain is talking with Democrats about a joint effort to require outside groups that have spent millions of dollars on this years elections to disclose their donors.
McCain (R-Ariz.), once Congresss leading champion of campaign finance reform, has kept a low profile on the issue in recent years.
He raised the ire of many Republicans a decade ago for pushing comprehensive reform, and many Republicans still held it against him during his 2008 presidential campaign.

McCain is like one of those little annoying green head flies. He just keeps buzzing around acting like a pest. Occasionally, he’ll even bite you. Sigh — just go away, John.
Now why you see we must take back the Senate with more than 60 votes, because if we don’t we will have the McCain Wing of the Republican Party gumming up the works under both Obama and Mittens.
Who keeps electing this turd? Seriously.
No, not really. McCzin, along with Lindsey Graham, is one of the founding members of the American Fascism Party. Any time McCain can work against the interest of freedom, he does. Check out his record.
Wouldn't this be an ex post facto law?

who keeps electing this %&#%^ ??
All the whack jobs that move to AZ from Kaleefornya that’s who.
AZ used to be a red state.
And IMHO, Sarah HAD to campaign for him in 2010, as she is a lady and that’s what a lady would do. Do you think for one minute she really likes what he stands for?
I talked with Sarah about this briefly in early 2011. Without going into details, she has a less than stellar perspective regarding some of the handlers, but seems to support John. At least, on a personal level she does.
“This is on Palin.”
Her association with mccain has always bothered me greatly. Whatever the ‘realities’ of national politics are, we are all the worse off for her association with him.
Back in the day if SP announced to the country what a slime he really is, Juan may not be a thorn in our side today.
That’s what I think.
My solution (The SCOTUS would shoot it down of course) is that no one can contribute anything of value to someone for whom he cannot vote.
Arizona vote McCain out.
if this guy can figure a way to screw the gop he will...he has been a plant since his lying special treatment during the vietnam war...never a conservative frien...never!!!!!
LG...a fag!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
