Yeah - I just noticed that, too. What does that mean? How can a precinct report but the votes not yet be counted?
Do we have another Iowa straw poll on our hands?

I'm not sure what the NE SOS site means by their denominator for "Ballots Cast" They've been listing that as 1136,402, yet (a) how can they that so precisely before the results are in, and (b) how can their be that many votes cast in a primary when the whole state population is about 1,800,000? Maybe it is the number of registered voters statewide.
Meanwhile with 1095/1785 precincts in Deb Fischer leads by 3200 votes!

53% of precincts have reported but less than 13% of the votes reported/counted so far. That graph clearly refers to overall turnout. The 1,136,402 must mean the # of registered voters. The entire state only has a population of 1.8 million. Don't expect that to get above say 50% tonight.
