Yeah. I suppose you’re right. With these people and their mind-set, we never would have won WWII (gee why are we allying ourselves with someone like Stalin / 1941-45), never mind that that the NAZIs are torching EVERYONE who stand in their path for world conquest.

LibFreeUSA says, "With these people and their mind-set, we never would have won WWII (gee why are we allying ourselves with someone like Stalin / 1941-45), never mind that that the NAZIs are torching EVERYONE who stand in their path for world conquest."

America and Britain together, could have won WWII without making an alliance with the Stalin Communists. What were the fruits of this alliance?

A. First, this alliance scaled back the degree to which America could call forth and access the resources of Divine Providence during the war. This fact increased our casualities substantially in all battles.

B. This alliance placed us under the threat of nuclear annhilation for about 30 years.

C. This alliance brought us close to the brink of nuclear war in the early 1960's.

D. This alliance cost us the enslavement of Eastern Europe.

E. This alliances lost China to Communism.

F. This alliance forced us to spend megabucks in defense of Western Europe for more than 40 years.

You will know them by their fruits, both people and policies. This one fails the fruit test.

And this is a good point to make here. It is never profitable to betray your principles. Never. The cost will always be greater down the road. Again, this is the best way to understand the mandate, to Trust in God. By being faithful to principle, we must trust that things will work out for the best in the long run. That the Law of God will make sure this is so.
