The prosecution can play it like OJ's defense team did. Attack the ME, attack the police, attack the police forensic work, lab work, all that. Find out where some x-ray techician used the 'n-word' back in high school.

Only problem is that'll have the county prosecutor attacking other county/municipal employees. I don't see how that can work out as anything but a CF. Then again the whole thing is a massive CF already.

Also, if the local prosecutor screws it up badly enough, maybe Eric Holder will find something else to do with his time. Or maybe Darrell Issa will give him something else to do with his time. Or maybe he'll just run out of time.

Either way our first gay President really screwed up taking sides on this. When the evidence comes out, he is going to be exposed for the Al Sharpton like racist he is. Of ALL the people GZ should sue, I hope he sues our first gay President most of all for using his office as if he were issuing a fatwa against Zimmerman.
