“Why the apparent falling out with Roger Hedgecock, arguably Rush’s best stand-in?” I’m so glad someone else noticed this. It feels like years since Roger has subbed for him. He was my favorite, then Mark Styne. I can take or leave Mark Davis or Mark Belling, but the worst is Walter Williams. Very nice man, but way too chatty for my taste.
If I am not mistaken, Hedgecock went national from local KOGO in SD.
Contract issues are such that it requires a non national to sub for him. I cannot for the life of me remember where or when I read that.....
