This talk about “Blacks voting for Obama anyway” is puzzling. Right now Black enthusiasm to vote is at 48% as compared to 78% in spring 2008. Blacks hate gays and many other groups (in North Carolina Blacks voted 2 to 1 for Amendment One) and Blacks were THE reason Calf, Prop 8 passed in 2008. So putting all of this together means Blacks pour into the polls to vote for Obama? Really?
As a group Blacks are not happy with Obama. The novelty of a Brother in the White House has worn off and they are LOOKING for more reasons NOT to vote for Obama. This announcement will further erode Black support of Obama.

On Election Day he will get his 95% of the Black vote BUT that Black vote will be considerably smaller than it was in 2008.

I don’t think “the One” scored any points with his backers in Islamdom with this position.

The problem with being given a four year free ride is not having had any real opposition, he is incapable of dealing with a fair political fight.

Sort of like an army that has been in garrison for years having to fight troops who are combat tested.
