You fail to answer the question, so I will ask it more clearly.
How can you deny that a man who publicly accepts Christ is a Christian?
You are not an acceptable authority. No organization is an acceptable authority. Christ himself is the only acceptable authority, and you would do well to not attempt to usurp His authority. See to your own house, and do not try to remove the mote from your neighbor’s eye.
