Have you made defensive mobility a concern? Or, is your home prepared for defense?
Having the proper supplies to survive is only as good as your ability to defend them.
Some sort of antibiotic - like Ampicillin, Penicillin, Amoxicillin, Keflex, etc.
Get them here at reasonable prices, no prescription required:
Dont forget the ladies. Tampons and other things that guys dont want to buy in the store.
And Porn.....a guy gotta have a stash of porn{ Just kidding}.
Clorox bleach....
Wax
Building supplies
Guns...and ammo...and when you think you have enough ammo, buy more.
The city subsidizes rain water collection barrels. Hooked up our roof down spout to them now have water to use for bathing or washing / general sanitation. We also have water filters Katadyn/MSR/First need etc.
Give me the make and model of your weapon, and I’ll try to point you towards spare mags for it. You also might want to invest in a large supply of ammo, and a local range membership.
A gun is a tool, and to use ANY tool effectively requires practice. Also, ammo is cheaper in bulk. . .
Get yourself a 357 mag revolver (4 to 6 in barrel) instead. Can shoot 38 spec as well as 357 magnum bullets. You can also get a lever action rifle that can shoot the same ammo. Rifle and pistol with no logistics of mags. That would be my poor man’s rifle/pistol for SHTF scenario. Taurus sells low cost/reliable revolvers and Marlin sells reliable lever action rifles.

I got spare mags from cheaper than dirt they have lots of other goodies too
Okay, the 9mm mag is pretty easy to find. If you’re in a state where they have gun shows, suggest you “google” the gun show dates/times/places near you. For example: “Florida gun and knife show”...if you life in Florida. You’ll find that many states have two or three different named shows that move around the state from weekend to weekend. You won’t have any trouble finding (or filling) mags at a show.
There are a lot of “prepper lists” available that you can find by “googling” for them. I’d suggest you start.
Mark your peroxide with the date of purchase.
It actually and absolutely detoriates back to plain water within three years.
I buy 5 bottles a year, mark em and toss the expired ones.
I also have iodine, alcohol and burn prep kits with burn bandages.
Had a friend who spilled a hot cup of tea, fresh off the stove, right on her leg.
I stopped for second, pulled the pants off, wet a rag with cool water and placed it on the burn.
I then grabbed my burn kit out of the car and performed my planned series of applications and then placed the burn bandage right over the burn.
three days later barely a noticeable spot where the hot water landed.
For spare mags order from CDNN Investments... do a web search for the address.
