Yes, it is even predicted that that will occur eventually, after sufficient cost however, due to PC thinking in the West. Islam has no brakes, no caliph to control the ummah, it cannot stop itself. It will never be “nation built” into coexistence with any other ideology.

If any one nation might decide that Islam is more trouble than it’s worth, that’s India. Long memory of hundreds of millions of Hindus exterminated and temples destroyed by the Mughal empire, not to mention the massacres perpetrated during partition in 1947, could motivate India to destroy the capital of Islam, preferably during the peak season of the Haj.
Vaporizing Mecca and infusing the rubble with long half-life contamination will leave most of the world’s Muslims dazed & confused, with the enraged minority bent on revenge much easier to stamp out since PC would be greatly diminished among the “infidel” states.
