Haven’t had the TV hooked up since I moved in my new house in February 2011. My friend’s jaws drop when I cannot relate to their discussions of those stupid sitcoms. Have never seen an episode of American Idol, Ugly Betty, or Will and Grace or any of that other crap over the years that people watch rather than spending time outdoors with their kids. Try it, ditch the TV!
Hey, I’m with you. Last TV I watched was Sarah’s acceptance speech in Fall, 2008. Haven’t looked back, don’t miss it in the least.
I’m to the point that if I go to a restaurant that has TVs everywhere they irritate me.
