I breastfed my four babies until they were around six MONTHS old. I did talk to the pediatrician about breast feeding(a couple of them actually) they all said the same thing....breastfeeding gives your baby important immunities for about three months until theirs kick in...after that its not necessary and they don’t get anything from it that they can’t get from formula. basically if you want to breastfeed after three months its not for the vitamins and nutrients its for other reasons.

I hope that mom plans to homeschool cause her baby boy is marked now! He’s gonna get his ass kicked daily. hope she’s happy!

3 months? You should have gone to another pediatrician.

Most pediatricians advocate breastfeeding for one yaar (look it up).

The American Association of Pediatrics recommends:
“Exclusive breastfeeding for approximately the first six months and support for breastfeeding for the first year and beyond as long as mutually desired by mother and child”
