People getting involved
In a way term limits is a terrible idea as the people will get lazy about bad politicans since they know they will eventually be put out of office...

(a) People getting involved will get shot down by (b)
(b)... People will get lazy...... and(c)
(c) its just about too late for (a) to happen.
