Elizabeth Warren’s ancestors had Cherokee blood (on their hands)

Scott Brown has to believe that he’s the luckiest man on the face of the Earth. It’s way too late to find a replacement and “Chief” Warren would have to find some relative in her past related to Jesus....just to pull off some win.

You got that right. Elizabeth Warren is an absolute laughingstock here in Massachusetts and the radio talk shows are having a ball with this. I'm thinking Scott Brown might get 70% of the vote because nobody but the most hopeless moonbats will support Warren now.

It is so gratifying to see a liar and a fraud so exposed to ridicule.

Race baiting is the term that springs to mind

And I cry each day for those poor militia men who were forced to march right along with them. If the Indians had an ounce of decency they would have left sooner like the richer Indians did when they took ships to New Orleans and steam boats up river to Ft Smith.

Only the slackers had to walk overland, and when they got to Oklahoma a mini civil war broke out between the groups causing hundreds of deaths.

Oh, that makes all the difference in the world. All the suffering they went through was their fault,,,lazy no count, slackers. sarc/

I was wondering when someone would try to justify the Trail of Tears. Didn’t have to wait long.

I don’t know why I did not think of this earlier, but there is one foolproof way to prove she is or is not a Cherokee warrior princess. Look in her wallet.
A Cherokee would have a 20 dollar bill in their wallet only if they have to. Plus they would apologize for having it.

Funny your should say that. We visited Cherokee, NC last summer and my boy was trying to buy a pocket knife with his name on it from one of the many souvenir stores. He was frustrated about it.....and I told him...”Honey, I don’t think that name was very popular around these parts.” ;-)

I have somewhere a picture of a painting by Brummet Ecohawk (Pawnee) of the trail of tears in winter showing the soldiers freezing along with the Cherokees.

I will say they Cherokees suffered more than the Navajos when they went on their Long Walk to Bosque Rendondo.

I would love to see somebody investigate whether her TWO KIDS used this same ruse in their college and job applications and status.

I said on here the other evening that I was 1/32nd Cherokee....but Mom corrected me today (as we were talking about Warren). I’m 1/16th (and no, I wouldn’t even THINK of using that as a ‘leg up’ for any advancement, etc. Why should I? But I’m proud of the stories handed down....and, thanks, GG for the ‘tobacco cure’ for bee stings and recipe for pear honey!).

Anyhoo.....when that side of my family (and Mom) were doing research...they contacted the tribe to confirm lineage. From what my mother was told....only up to 1/8 of the bloodline were considered for Federal Land Grants....and the same went for Scholarships, etc.

It would be interesting to see what Warren thought she was ‘entitled to’. And, no, my mother never sought any land.....as it goes against her principles. She doesn’t want a DAMNED THING from the government except what she has PAID into.

I just remember stories from my grandmother that they were never to admit that they were Indian....out of fear of being sent to a reservation. My GGM, apparently, hid from the Trail of Tears. She, and her siblings, were taken in by a Christian family in a local wooded area.

I’ve never had a Cherokee turn down a $20 bill yet! Lots of $20s get dropped over at the local Cherokee Casino and smoke shop.

If you read some of the history of the Trail of Tears you will find that many of the Tennessee Militia were opposed to the Indian removal but were also aware that Andrew Jackson also was not slack to shoot soldiers who disobeyed.

DUmmie FUnnies 05-10-12 ("Cherokee Checkbox": The Faux Squaw, the Democrats' Warren Woman)

CHEROKEE CHECKBOX
Tune: Indian Reservation (The Lament of the Cherokee Reservation Indian)

She took some small Cherokee ration
Put this on her information
"Native A," although it's slight
She checked the box even though she's white

Took a while till it was known
That Liz is Anglo to the bone
And all the claims she made before
Aren't Lizzie Warren's anymore

Cherokee Checkbox, Cherokee Pride
So proud you hold your cheekbones high

She took the whole Indian fable
Used it for her PC label
Though she's blond with eyes of blue
She's still a redskin through and through

Cherokee Checkbox, Cherokee Pride
So proud you hold your cheekbones high

But maybe someday when she's beat
Cherokee Checkbox will retreat
Will retreat
Will retreat
Will retreat
Will retreat
