My 91 year old arthritic mother refuses to use one. She says she, "doesn't want people to think she's lazy".

My brother & I have a theory that the bigger the butt the closer to the door people will park. All the fake disability stickers on cars..................how do they get them?

Actually, having watched people disembark from their cars I WOULD say that many handicapped spots DO cater to the mentally handicapped.
