I know how you feel. When we moved here, I stayed behind to pack and do all the things I did before plus all the things Hubby did as well.
He had to start the job right away and didn’t have time to help me 3/4ths of a continent away.
It took quite a while, and I got into great shape muscling boxes and furniture around in preparation for the move, LOL!
But it was lonely and exhausting.
