No it hasn't been overturned, it's been blocked - again. There is another hearing in a couple of weeks, and lot more appeals by whichever side loses.

The interesting thing is, the law is written so that if the murderer's win, the ENTIRE program is scrapped. That will of course also be fought through the courts.

One thing is for sure. There are a lot of sick bastards out there that get some kind of psycho or sexual satisfaction out of destroying babies. And they will go to great lengths to keep on doing it.
