Face it, corporations are people and in most cases I guess 75 percent or higher, they revolve around a single person for myriad reasons. Legal definitions aside it comes down to the fact that corporations are people in the sense that they are not some mythical fantasy creature Even when it’s public to some degree this is true because stockholders hold the value either directly or indirectly via mutual funds, 401k, iras, ect. .

You also keep avoiding the reason that the corporation was dreamed up by lawyers and the purpose for its existence as a legal creation.
