Blazing Saddles made us laugh at bigots and prejudices in the mid 1970s. Laughter being the one thing they could not stand. The last (absolutely last) time I tried to watch it, it had been so cut up to meet the 21st Century political correctness that it was incoherent. Now it is just a waste of time, talent and film.
