PPP disclaimer. But lets look at reality. Obama has been the best thing to happen to the DC metro area since Congress decided to put the capital in that area. DC metro is now the highest earning metro area overtaking San Jose. A large number of the wealthiest counties in the US are in NoVa. If you were an alien and dropped in on NoVa you would notice tons of construction going on and there would be no signs of stagnant economic times.

Nice, but...
The last time I looked Virgina in and by itself isn't able to reelect Obama. Virginia has 13 votes and D.C. has 3 votes. That's 16 out of the 270 votes needed to win - roughly 6 percent.
So, how much weight should a give this poll? When they report this same trend in California (55 votes - 20%), Texas (38 votes - 14%) and both Florida and New York (29 votes each - 11%) then I will read it. Until then - “Look at the flashing lights boys and girls ain't it neat!!”

“680 Virginia voters.” Registered voters? If so, meaningless. You don’t get accuracy until you get likely voters, at minimum. You really want highly likely voters.
