I have only one simple question - did one single GOP Senator stand up ready to filibuster this commie during confirmation hearings? Rhetorical question................both parties are working on the the destruction of America (one party knows it and the other goes along to get along).

These are the Republicans who voted for Elena Kagan, who was confirmed by the Senate by a vote of 63-37:
Richard Lugar
Lindsey Graham
Judd Gregg
Susan Collins
Olympia Snowe
That makes 5 Senate Republicans more liberal than Democrat Ben Nelson who voted NAY.
If they had voted conservative, she would have been filibustered off the bench.

It's probably too late now but we MUST have term limits!

Socialism, communism, Marxism, liberal Progressivism.. It all hides behind the impervious shield of the protected classes (gay, minority, female, etc). When you need the dirty deed of destroying America done, just elect a black man who appoints lesbians, Hispanics and blacks that cannot be criticized or impeached!

The culture of impunity stops at corruptions edge. Both sides can equally blackmail the other.

did one single GOP Senator stand up ready to filibuster this commie during confirmation hearings? You can't sustain a successful filibuster if you don't have the votes needed to avoid cloture in the Senate. The Republicans didn't because of turncoat RINOS like the following who voted for Kagan's confirmation:
Republicans Susan Collins of Maine, Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, Judd Gregg of New Hampshire, Richard Lugar of Indiana, and Olympia Snowe of Maine). Those voting against her included 36 Republicans and one Democrat (Ben Nelson of Nebraska).

We can thank snarlin Arlen for his hand in that. What does it take to impeach a Justice on the Supreme court? (in addition to cojones)

Both parties KNOW it. One party simply wants to do it at a faster pace than the other.

"...- did one single GOP Senator stand up ready to filibuster this commie during confirmation hearings? One party is actively working to destroy America as we know it; the other is made up of spineless wimps who'd rather watch it happen silently than catch flack from the leftist media and be banned from all the right cocktail parties.
