Isn’t Martial law the act of controlling a population, for their own good? Or, do we allow voting to continue when martial law is in effect? Since when does the meaning that our fore-fathers, through the Federalist papers etc, mean anything to these people? Or passing laws that control everything you do, right down to telling you if you can have a kidney transplant if the government deems it acceptable. I think through executive order, he controls everything now.

Heard a talk show host in the area speaking of something being set up to blame the TEA Party for. His comment or thought was it would be catastrophic for the country not simply the TEA Party. Talk show host was playing recent clips (full rants against white people) from louie fary-con to make the point. Please note ... talk show host is a black male.

Exactly dude. Keyes only lost to Obama by 43 points in that 2004 Senate contest. And that's a lot closer than it sounds if you really think about it. Alan has a history of taking principled stands, never surrendering and very nearly toppling the establishment - like in his 1992 Maryland Senate race against Mikulski where he was edged out by a whisker thin 42 points. Sure, he's never actually won anything yet but....I think it's his time. If not now, when? I'm saying it now, write-in Alan Keyes for President 2012!
