Simple questions, Stephen: How much of each person's income, production and very life belongs to the government? Should it be the same amount for each person? Or, for some reason, do the rich owe more of their lives to the government? Essentially, how many of the 3 billion heartbeats you have in your life, Stephen, should be pumping the government's blood instead of yours?

This MUCH more fair and rational system would solve SO much that is wrong with government and public policy.
