Actually, there is a very big difference, but I understand you not wanting to address it. With the SCOTUS appointments, we have to have a majority int he Senate so the nominees are not liberal swill like he nominated int he democrat controlled state where he was governor. The key is voting in sufficient TEA party folks to drag Milt to the right.

In that I agree with you completely. I will most assuredly cast a vote for every conservative congressional candidate on the ballot. Our difference is that I believe "party unity" will be used to leverage our team's support for more Souter-esque justices. It may be a pipe dream, but I would prefer Obama's lack of eligibility to come to light and have him and *all* his appointments removed from office is one fell swoop.
