Actually, there is a very big difference, but I understand you not wanting to address it. With the SCOTUS appointments, we have to have a majority int he Senate so the nominees are not liberal swill like he nominated int he democrat controlled state where he was governor. In that I agree with you completely. I will most assuredly cast a vote for every conservative congressional candidate on the ballot. Our difference is that I believe "party unity" will be used to leverage our team's support for more Souter-esque justices. It may be a pipe dream, but I would prefer Obama's lack of eligibility to come to light and have him and *all* his appointments removed from office is one fell swoop.
