“That’s a possibility. I just happened to think of succynlcholine, which is used in surgery. It is quickly metabolized and very hard to detect,or at least it was.”

Who got the sux? The coroner seems to have ingested something, perhaps a poison, that killed him. Do you think that Breibart got the sux IV in the ER or ambulance? Apparently Breitbart had cardiomyopathy, or so it was said in the coroner’s report. There are many toxic cardiomyopathies such as alcohol and other poisons that usually take a long time to damage the heart muscle. Ischemic CMP is probably the most common cause but it usually occurs in older patients. Severe HTN can also do this.
Do we know the status of his coronaries? What about his valves? If Breitbart reportedly had heart problems for a while, I wonder if he had much of a work up. Even a CXR or ECG would be useful.

I’m not suugesting succiynlcholine was involved in this case, but it has been used to commit muder.

It obviously wouldn’t be hard for a doctor or a nurse to get their hands on it.
