Here's what we're left with folks: For whatever reason, Romney has garnered the majority of votes in this primary.

No, a plurality, 42.3%. And we're still waiting to see if or when he'll get the 1,144 delegates necessary to win the nomination.

Newt has said he's going to drop out on May 2. The percentage of who voted for Romney really doesn't matter. The fact is he will have the needed number of GOP electoral votes.

Don't get me wrong, I'd love to see Newt change his mind and stay in the race and pull off an upset. I'm taking no joy in the prospect of having to vote for Romney. Again, look at the damage Obama has inflicted on our nation in three short years. We're hanging by a thread right now! Do you seriously think we're going to survive four more years of Obama knowing what you know now? I'm not willing to help the Marxist win four more years when I know his record and intentions. My conscience will not allow it.
