No, their parents should be shot out of a cannon. My kids never threw public tantrums. They were too scared to even try. They would ask, I would say no and that was the end of the conversation. I generally spoiled my kids, but I never allowed them to act up in public. The parents who give in to this behavior time and again are creating monsters.
