I worked for years in a large hospital's ER and occasionally we had a fellow staff member as a patient.Talk about awkward! Imagine the ME doing an autopsy on this guy!
Most doctors are complete professionals. They can operate on co-workers, friends, their children, their parents even their own horse without being distracted or affected in any way.

That's certainly true.But what I'm saying is that with this guy having been an employee of the ME's office I can pretty safely say that the pathologist who did the autopsy felt quite uncomfortable while performing it.
