Funny, I don't see you pining for the old GOP. You know, the one where we were told we should push for our candidate in the primary and support the winner of the primary in the general, even if he is a RINO.

Well, guess what? The GOP-E revealed in 2010 that party unity only applies to them when the RINO wins. They backstabbed too many Tea Party conservatives who beat their pet RINOs in the primaries.

The old GOP illusions died that election cycle. And FR hasn't been the same since.
