Jim may have to make this site members only or allow ads. Better for us to just help with what we can. Maybe you can donate as a memorial for a lost loved one, a servicemember who never made it home or was disabled defending our country. Perhaps you'd like to give to keep free discussion alive and to show them that we're not knuckling under. I'm sure a well thought out or prayerful meditation will lead you to see the need and how you can help. If every registered FReeper and our lurkers would each just help out with a fin or a sawbuck, or better yet a Ben Franklin, we could put this to bed and get on with the conservative cause.

Post of the thread. We are in this fight together. Some folks may see things differently or have a different strategy for fighting, but we are on the same side. IMHO, this is one of the things that pretty much got us to the place we were now. You had supporters of Cain, Bachmann, Perry, and Newt all treating each other like they were the devil incarnate. Once you resort to making someone an enemy, it is hard to kiss and make-up and get back to business. Some want to defeat liberalism by first taking out the current head of the snake, even if that means using another snake (aka Churchill aligning with Stalin), others want to attack the body with a shovel and won't resort to using another snake (aka, the US initially not wanting to ally with China against Japan prior to Pearl Harbor).

We are on the same team here.

If I'm not underway, I'll be drinking on election night and if the Mormon wins, yes, I'll be celebrating!
