The armed citizen should have double tapped the psycho in the head thus preventing this putrid bag of goat snot from costing society another penny in money and or thought.

I have no intellectual or emotional issue against shooting an attacker, armed or not.
I will only shoot to kill, and am personally unable to shoot to warn or wound.
I blame it on training, since only extensively trained snipers can consciously decide to shoot to wound, as opposed to kill.
I have no sniper training.
I’m glad that this man was able to terminate the situation as he did.
I do hope he doesn’t ultimately get charged with “brandishing a weapon”. Hopefully, his state has some variation of a “stand your ground” law.
