Is he talking about the boys coming up through scouts, or is he talking about scout master positions? There is a significant difference.

If Romney has anything to say about it, wouldn’t the “scoutmaster positions” be “ ‘missionary’ positions”...?

The thing is the older scouts influence the younger ones. So if a 17 or 18 year old scout decides he is “gay” but he is not a scout master, that could still cause horrendous problems.
