I know I'm going to get flamed here, so let me start with disclaimers: Romney has never been my favorite, and I am a former Boy Scout. And, I don't know anyone that thinks Mittens is a real Conservative. That said, let's read those TWO sentences:

"I support the right of the Boy Scouts of America to decide what it wants to do on that issue. I feel that all people should be able to participate in the Boy Scouts regardless of their sexual orientation.”

The first sentence I agree with; Mittens supports the right of the BSA to decide what it wants to do. Cool. Right answer. Second sentence; HIS FEELINGS that all people should be able to participate. Romney is playing both sides of the issue as always, but he's talking feelings not legislation. IMHO I don't have a problem with adult Lesbians being associated with the BSA since they don't go for boys. That doesn't mean all gays are child molesters, but all male child molesters that prey on boys are gay. But if the BSA, a private organization, says no to gay leaders I am 100% behind their right to do so.

I see that Obama’s social network dopple-gangers are out in force on FR today.

Who knows? They may even persuade someone that a vote for Obama would be a “good” thing.

What is so wrong with playing both sides of an issue?
