While certainly no fan of Jay Nixon, he hasn’t been overly liberal in his time in the Governor’s mansion in Missouri.
I have to agree. Missouri and Oklahoma can elect conservative Democrats and not worry.
Not a fan either, but he is certainly palatable. Mel Carnahan was not the worst either, and Holden was pretty much just a doofus. Of the three, Nixon has probably been the best.
