Apparently if it is to their advantage, there is no shame. Rather people die because of incompetence then test for competence.

What a truly fine ship those old Adams-class DDGs were.
They cut the water like a knife. Fantail but 8ft above the water line. 1200psi steam plant and could kick it up to 35kts in a pinch.
