True, but in the current situation VS Obama, he does have 25% favorables. At least that’s what the Penn numbers seem to indicate.

Maybe. I'm not sure I agree with that. My neighbor voted Ron Paul but has a Romney sign in her yard! She said her vote here in NY made no difference but she wanted to pull Romney right. I didn't vote for Romney either, but I didn't go to Paul! But more then likely I will vote Romney in the end. So, even though this is NY, not PA, two non-Romney votes today are very likely to change come November.
