Delaware is so blue... a smurf would go unnoticed.. That is true north of the C&D Canal - it then starts going purple and once you get to southern Kent and into Sussex, you're talking red (with a few blue pockets) Alas, the population base is above the Canal. There is a chance I'll be in Delaware tomorrow - but the registered Republicans I know are all GOP-e types. My conservative friends are either registered Libertarians, "declines," or democrats.
