I don’t see the word “African-American” anywhere in the article.
And it’s not mentioned in the video either. They do attempt to shift blame to the victim, saying “it all started with kids playing basketball” (again, they are the wee victims, he started “fussing at them,” and “it’s unclear what he said.”
So you see, it’s all his fault.

My bad, it DOES say african american...I went to another link, and neither the article or the news video mentioned their race at all. Very conspicuously, I might add.
HERE is the link I was referring to...a Fox channel, no less.
They omit ALL RACIAL REFERENCES, even in the video, and seem to be trying to blame the victim...sying its unclear what he said to them...
...leaving open the possibility that he said something offensive which would, of course, justify in their minds his being beaten and left for dead.
